One month to Go
Hello there!Hope your having a wonderful holiday weekend. We would like to keep you up-to-date on what is happening over the convention weekend so your up-to-date.
YCC2019 Updates:
- Timetable now available: We are just letting everyone know that our YCC2019 timetable for weekend is now available to view and download onto a phone or tablet. We much rather it be a download for environmental reasons but if you don't have access to any of these devises we do have several physical posters around the venue too as reference.
- SOLD OUT Of Trader Tables for YCC2019: Please do keep applying because if we have a cancellation we can get in touch. Also you may also be interested in our other up-coming events.
- Cosplay Contest is now closed but we do have some spots on the day on a first come basis. Please register upon arrival as it could get rather busy. Our Costume contest is now Sunday only as we have more contests this year.
- Anime Yorkshire Is Coming: We are pleased to announce that we now have an Anime event on 20th July at Barnsley College (Honeywell Campus). We will be putting tickets on sale after YCC2019 as we would hate for you to miss our on our amazing weekend event. We are now taking stall bookings so please do get in touch.
- Gaming Contests: We now have the following FREE video game tournaments in our video gaming area: Smash Bros Ultimate (All weekend), Street Fighter V (All Weekend), Street Fighter 2 Turbo (Saturday 18th May only), Mario Kart Double Dash (Sunday 19th May only). Please register upon arrival as it could get rather busy.
- In addition we also have a free to enter Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game Challenge over the weekend too. Please register upon arrival as it could get rather busy.
- Press-Pass Holders: All our press-pass holders have now been sent a E-Pass so please make sure to keep the email as this is your ticket into the venue. We will be sending out the rest of the Email-Tickets for Traders, Costume Groups, Activities and such very soon.
- Photo-Shoots Selling Fast - Please remember to click here to pre-book your photo sessions with the guests as we would hate to disappoint anyone on the day.
- Map - We are still working on the map as we have been offered additional activities. We will be sorting it out ASAP and posting it on our website and social media.
- 4th May - We are looking for Cosplayers for a YCC2019 Promotional day in Sheffield from 10am till 3pm / 4pm depending on weather. Please get in touch if you would like to help out.
