Hi Guys,

Yorkshire Cosplay Con 8 is over now but it was a massive success and it was brilliant to see everyone there and enjoying themselves almost as much as we did. We are really happy to all the amazing photos and videos and we are doing our best to share them on our facebook page as well as take a few for our website.

We would like to thank all our stall holders that provided such an amazing array of products, special guests and costumers that gave us some fantastic photo opportunities, the workshops and activity providers that gave everyone the option of doing something different, the stage acts and DJ for keeping everyone entertained through out the day, our sponsor for their generous contributions towords our contest and charity prizes, and most of all our attendees because without you guys and you continued support non of this would be possible. So from Jon and Kitty and everyone at Yorkshire Cosplay Con we would like to say a big THANK YOU! to you all.

Now looking to the future we are planning for next and we should have a venue and date booked soon and we will announce it as soon as we have it fully confirmed.

However in the mean time we are goning to be holding a special event on Halloween. This will be the first Yorkshire Cosplay Social Club Event and will be held at Bentley MyPlace just off Bentley park in Doncaster. Yorkshire Cosplay Social Club events are going to be smaller events with a very casual atmosphere with the aim of helping new cosplayer meet new likeminded friends so they will have someone that they can go to the bigger events with.
