YCC Hallam Fm Christmas Appeal
Hi Guys!
Once again sorry for the lack of updates to the blog.
Firstly we would like to thank everyone that came along to Apothecarium event at The Civic in Barnsley. We was there with Talk Geeky to Me! To raise awareness of our events and try to raise some money towards our appeal for Hallam FM's Mission Christmas.
The Next chance to see us will be this coming Saturday 5th of December then again on Saturday 12th December at #BetterBarnsley in Barnsley Town Centre near Alhambra (Old HMV Shop). We will be there with Talk Geeky to Me! and several other local businesses by the young people of Barnsley. So why not com along and say hi and check out what everyone has to offer as you may find a unique gift that's perfect for someone you know.
Also don't forget that tickets to our Christmas Social Club event are selling fast! So if you plan on attending the event at Bentley MyPlace Doncaster on the 19th December, then buy your tickets now before we sell out. The Halloween event sold out early and we don't want to disappoint anyone. Ticket can be purchase on our tickets page.
For anyone that hasn't seen our facebook, we are raising money to buy toys for Hallam FM's Mission Christmas appeal. This is a fantastic cause that we feel strongly about. No Child should be left without anything to open on Christmas Day, so the whole aim of the appeal is to get Children in poverty presents to open on Christmas Day. We will be going along to one our our local toys stores that we have reached a deal with that will give us some extra discount on what we purchase meaning that we will get more toys for the money donated. We have a simple target of just £100, if we hit our target we will add an addition £100 to double our total. We will thank everyone on our website that donates £5 or more, anyone that donate £25 or more will receive a personal thank you card from us and in addition anyone that donates £50 will also receive a Weekend pass for our event in June. Check out our go fund me page to donate. Blog Published on 29th November 2015 by Yorkshire Cosplay Con Tweet
